What to Expect

Inspiration Mood Board: Begin your journey by creating a personal mood board, drawing from the rich palettes and textures found in the world around you.
Glaze Creation: Using your mood board as a guide, learn the fundamentals of glaze chemistry and experiment with mixing your own unique colours and finishes. You can also create Raku glazes.
Hand-Building Project: Craft a ceramic sculpture or vase that reflects your chosen theme. Guidance will be provided throughout, making this suitable for all skill levels.
Firing & Finishing: Once your piece is ready, it will be kiln-fired, after which you'll have the chance to apply your custom glazes for a truly personal work of art.

Who Should Attend?

This course is perfect for anyone who loves pottery, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced ceramicist looking for new inspiration. PLEASE NOTE ATTENDEES MUST HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE IN GLAZE MIXING BEFORE. You can join our Introduction to Glazes workshop or our Glaze Mixology Course to get all the knowledge you need for this course. All materials and tools will be provided.
