Gifts

We are happy to send to your purchase directly to your recipient, and include a small card with your message.  Please message us to arrange.

Commissions

Commissions are available for all fused glass including splash backs, basins etc as well as our general products.  We can also arrange commissions from our artists.

Processing Times

Please note we are not online on a Sunday or Monday, so processing will be out of those days.

Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and satisfied with the service you receive. If you are not, for any reason, please contact me to discuss it and come to a satisfactory conclusion.  Please see separate workshop booking terms and conditions for cancellations and moving of your booking.
