I know we all crave a perfect bag to take away for an overnight stay, or even shopping to put all your purchases in. It would also make a super Christmas present for someone!
This whole day workshop will teach you how to use a pattern, cut fabric, add interfacing, add a lining and pockets, stitch together and then finish off with hardware and handles.
The workshop includes notions and hardware/handles for your bag.
You will need to bring:
- 1 1/3 yards (1.25 m) cotton or linen canvas as main fabric (45 inches wide)
- 1 1/3 yards (1.25 m)cotton canvas as interfacing (45 inches wide)*
- 1 1/3 yards(1.25 m) cotton or other fabric as lining (45 inches wide)
- Matching thread
This workshop takes place in our Sewing School.
The pattern is included as well as some notions and we provide all tools.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the workshop.

This workshop takes place upstairs in our new sewing school and I'm afraid we do not have a lift. We do have a toilet and refreshment station upstairs.
