Ceramic Christmas Wreath
Create a beautiful ceramic wreath in this hands-on workshop. You will begin by preparing and rolling a slab of clay to an even thickness, then cut and refine the wreath base. You will learn how to use moulds to make natural sprigs, decorative stamps and cutters. You will build up botanical textures and layered details, arranging each element to create a balanced design. You will also learn how to join clay pieces securely, smooth edges and add finishing touches before choosing and applying colourful glazes (this will be at a time convenient to you a couple of weeks later). Your completed wreath will then be carefully dried and fired.
